JTL’s Employee Recognition Award scheme is a means of recognising, throughout the company, colleagues who do great things outside the scope of their everyday duties.  JTL realises that sometimes it is difficult to articulate exactly what someone has done that had been so great that a simple “thank-you” is just not enough; this scheme is designed to assist. 

Anyone can nominate anyone else in the organisation, including all managers, and, to guide thinking, nominations are divided into;

  • Good Colleague
  • Customer Service
  • Extra Mile.

Nominations are made via the Company intranet.  Three times annually, nominations received will be considered on their merits by the Directors.  Successful nominees will receive a cheque for £100 and each year the best nominee of the year will win £500, which will be presented at the Staff Conference.
