JTL fully respects the rights of employees to express their views provided that the views are neither offensive nor inappropriate. It is recommended that employees remain politically neutral in the workplace.

Active membership of extremist political parties whose policies/manifesto/views are at a variance to JTL’s policies on equality and diversity is strongly discouraged. Where such membership is deemed to have brought JTL into disrepute disciplinary action, up to and including summary dismissal will be considered.
